Instructions
If using fresh corn, remove kernels from the cob and cook for 5-7 minutes.
If using frozen corn, thaw it.
If using canned corn, drain it well.
Melt cheese using your preferred method (microwave, double boiler, or stovetop).
Add cooked corn to melted cheese and stir.
Add mayonnaise and butter, stir well.
Add salt, pepper, bacon (if using), and vinager (if using).
Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with milk or cream if needed.
For stovetop method: Cook until heated through and bubbly (5-7 minutes).
For oven method: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve and garnish as desired.
