Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Corn fresh, frozen, or canned. Adjust based on preference
  • 1 cup Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or other. Shredded cheese melts best
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Adds creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Enhances flavor
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • 2-3 slices Beef bacon optional, cooked and crumbled. Adds smoky flavor
  • A dash Vinager optional. Adds tangy flavor

Instructions
 

  • If using fresh corn, remove kernels from the cob and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • If using frozen corn, thaw it.
  • If using canned corn, drain it well.
  • Melt cheese using your preferred method (microwave, double boiler, or stovetop).
  • Add cooked corn to melted cheese and stir.
  • Add mayonnaise and butter, stir well.
  • Add salt, pepper, bacon (if using), and vinager (if using).
  • Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with milk or cream if needed.
  • For stovetop method: Cook until heated through and bubbly (5-7 minutes).
  • For oven method: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve and garnish as desired.
